There are two types of thinkgroup delivery – Normal and Express

Metropolitan Areas

Normal - $15.00 (ex GST)

Orders placed before 11am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be delivered the “next business day” before 5pm EST
Order placed after 11am EST will be delivered the day after the “next business day” before 5pm EST

Express - $30.00 (ex GST)

Order before 11am and delivery to be completed on the same day
Some products are shipped from interstate and may require additional time for delivery.
All deliveries of orders are dependant on items being in stock with our suppliers.

Regional Areas

Regional - $25.00 (ex GST)

Please allow between 3 and 7 days to Regional Areas.
Please note: Express Delivery does not apply to Regional Areas.

For fragrances and cosmetics: 5-10 business days
For whitegoods and brown goods: 5-10 business days
For TVs: 5-10 business days

NOTE: Large items may attract a higher delivery fee. If this is the case, this additional charge will be clearly communicated
and authorised by the client before the final order is placed.

No - any items that are on back order will not incur an extra delivery fee.

Favourite Products is a section of the thinkgroup website for items that are ordered on a regular basis. This is the simplest method to locate the products you require regularly.

Combined trolley is a function that enables a client administrator to have a view of all User’s trolleys and to consolidate all of the individual trolley’s into one order to be processed. This enables you to have a complete requisition of who has purchased exactly what items.

1. Search By Keyword

At the top right hand corner of the home page you will see a Search Button. Here you can enter a keyword (e.g. camera),Product Model (e.g. C713) or Manufacturer Part Number (e.g. 8500225). in to the search box thne hit the 'Search' button.

Note: The more descriptive and specific your keyword, the better. For example, typing in either ‘digital camera’ or ‘video camera’ in to the search box would return more relevant results than if you were to type ‘camera’

A list of search results will be displayed. On the left hand side of the results page you will see you can refine your results even further by:

And it doesn’t stop there! Above the list of results you will see you can sort the results even further by ‘Price’ low to high or high to low, and ‘Brand’ ascending or descending.

2. Search by product classification

At the top of the home page you have the top level classifications, those being

Electronics

Food Drink and Gifts

Lifestyle

Office

Printing

Click on the top-level classification tab most relevant to the product you are searching for. (e.g. if you were searching for a camera you would click on the ‘Electronics’ tab.) This will take you to a page detailing further categories that fall under the ‘Electronics’ classification, such as cameras, mobile phones, and audio.

From here you can select a sub category and refine your search again by selecting one of the following from the left hand side of the web page.

3. Search within your ‘Favourite Products’

When you have found a product that you order regularly you can move this to your ‘Favourite Products’ section which will enable you to easily locate the product and add it to your trolley and save you having to search for it all over again.

To do this, select the product from the list of search results then click on the ‘Add to Favorites’ icon to the right of the ‘Add to Trolley’ icon. This creates a sub folder so that when you place your next order you will no longer have to search for that particular product as you can add it to your trolley directly from your Favourite Products list.

Where do I find my Favourite Products list ?

The Favourite Products section can be found within the ‘Management Tools’ tab, which is the last of the tabs across the top of the home page.

When you click on the ‘Management Tools’ tab a selection of icons will be displayed, including ‘Favourite Products’. It is within this section that you will find items ordered regularly. To help you quickly locate products, they are listed by sub category in alphabetical order.

How can I save time finding a product I have searched for previously ?

Your recent searches are always listed on the left hand side of the page no matter which area of the website you navigate to. Clicking on the search link will take you directly to the list of search results you found previously.

You will see an icon next to each search enabling you to add that search to your ‘Favourite Search’ list, which will then also be displayed on the left hand side of the page.

What if I still can’t find the product I’m looking for ?

If your search didn’t return any results, don’t let that stop you finding the product you are looking for. Feel free to call our friendly team for advice on 1300 36 99 93 during business hours – because 2 pairs of eyes are better than one!

Clients are encouraged to select products carefully using information on the thinkgroup website to ensure that the correct products are ordered.

thinkgroup has a very clear returns policy.

Goods may only be returned for credit.

Custom made or custom processed Goods or Goods acquired specifically for the Buyer will only be returnable with the Seller’s written consent.

Goods may only be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days of the date of invoice and must be in as new & saleable condition. Goods may be returned for credit or exchange after that time if there was a breach of the statutory conditions.

At the supplier’s discretion, Goods returned for credit or exchange may incur a restocking fee equal to 10% of the invoiced price of the Goods. The minimum restocking fee per Order is $30 and the maximum restocking fee per Order is $300. For example, if the invoiced price of the good is less than $300 then the restocking fee will be $30, otherwise if the price is greater than $300 but less than $3000 then the restocking fee will be 10% of the invoiced price otherwise the restocking fee will be $300.

It is the supplier, and not thinkgroup, who sets the above mentioned terms and conditions.

All credit card payments are getting processed through the Secure Payment Gateway of the Bendigo Bank.

Once the order has reached the delivery details step, thinkgroup then handovers the transaction to the Secure Payment Gateway of the Bendigo Bank. It is at this point that the user enters the credit card details, and the authentication and encryption is handled by this service using SSL. Once complete, a receipt number is handed back to the thinkgroup site. Therefore, the payment is completely and securely bank hosted, and thinkgroup never has access to the credit card details.
